Who we are
Carly Williams (she/they) is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Fiddlehead Strategies. With extensive experience in building and leading teams, overhauling operational systems, and launching impactful initiatives, Carly is dedicated to supporting mission-driven, values-aligned organizations and small businesses in Maine.
Carly's career includes launching special projects and running programs for nonprofits in NYC, Boston, and abroad, and serving as a core leader at Panorama Education during its growth from $2 million to $50 million in annual revenue and 3 million to 15 million students served.
Now back in Maine, Carly specializes in organizational strategy, operations, and program development, aiming to guide organizations through strategic transformations. Carly enjoys collaborating across teams to build a strong approach and successfully implement change. Her embedded consulting approach has consistently led to increased organizational impact, better experiences for staff and constituents, and more effective systems throughout an organization.
Originally from Nobleboro, Maine, Carly lives in South Portland with their partner and two cats, Cabinet and Popcorn Sue. Carly loves to garden and adventure with friends.
